 The Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Programme

We believe that young people between the ages of 12-15 represent a special segment of society. At this crucial stage in life, it is essential to provide opportunities for them to explore important themes and concepts  that enable them to navigate life's complexities, resist the growing forces of moral decay, and become active agents of positive social change.

Our programme is built on three principal elements: the "junior youth group", the "animator", and a "specific set of materials". The junior youth group serves as a space for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation, while the animator--acting as a mentor and guide--helps the participants apply the concepts they explore in their daily lives. Together, they work through carefully designed materials that explore thekmes like service to others, confirmation, the source of joy and maintaining hope atb all times, empowering junior youth to contribute to the betterment of their communities and society at large

 Internship Programme

The Nyimdzii Internship Programme seeks to empower young people by helping them to raise their capacity to contribute meaningfully to the material and spiritual development of their communities. With the guidance of a tutor and a mentor, interns engage in study and action, focusing on areas such as language education and assisting struggling readers. These internships foster a sense of responsibility and develop skills that allow interns to play an active role in the development of their communities.

Recognising that many young people must begin supporting themselves early in life, we offer small scholarships on a case-by-case basis. These schorlarships help ease financial burdens associated with higher education, enabling interns to focus on their studies and avoid spending time on jobs that do not contribute to their long-term professional development or community building efforts.

 Engaging in Educational Discourse

Beyond the Junior Youth Programme, our organisation is committed to fostering a spirit of collaboration with teachers, school administrators, and educators. By engaging with these stakeholders, we seek to build a collective understanding of the empowerment of young people as a shared responsibility. Throught this partnership, educators are invited to participate in the creation and application of knowledge aimed at nurturing the intellectual and moral capacities of junior youth, ensuring that the process of their empowerment is holistic and community-centred.

 Language Development for Transformation

At the core of our language acquisition programme is the belief that every individual, regardless of background or class, has a role to play in building a prosperous and just society. Understanding that language is deeply connected to thought and moral structure, our programme emphasises the need for strong language skills to cultivate clear thinking and ethical reasoning.

By offering classes that link language debvelopment with moral education, we aim to foster both intellectual growth and spiritual transformation. This approach helps participants develop the capacity to articulate complex ideas with increasing clarity, engage in meaningful discourse, and contribute effectively to the well-being of their communities.
